Prepare accounts for regulatory and reporting to meet requirements imposed by the EU and other authorities. Detailed financial statements are prepared for submission to shareholders at Annual General Meetings, lending institutions and to the Registrar of Companies.

INDEPENDENT INTERNAL AUDITING SERVICES
Independent chartered accountants and EU certified auditors must carry out the companies internal audit reports if needed.
In many jurisdictions a company's audit must be attached to the financial statements, in Italy it is only required if companies meet some law provisions.
Proxygen Co. has contacts with a number of qualified EU registered auditors who can provide this service. The (internal) audit is a review of the contents of the accounts conducted during the year by an independent certified auditors comittee. The purpose of this review is to verify that the content of the accounts as submitted by the directors presents a true and fair view of the activities duly conducted and the results reported by the company.
