Proxygen Co. was founded on December 2001 under General Corporation Law of The State of Delaware. The founder Massimo Bugelli is the Pres-Ceo of the corporation, chartered accountant sice 1994 and UE certified legal auditor since 1999, he is a professional tax and financial advisor, business consultant and capital broker doing business in Italy since 1993. Mr. Massimo Bugelli, as regular member of CFA Institute ® adheres to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct (see official versions).

Proxygen Co. has the registered office located at Wilmington, Delaware and a business office located in Italy at Gattinara, Vercelli, few miles far from Malpensa Airport. Another office is located at Albenga, Savona near Villanova d'Albenga International Airport.

High professional competence, strong experience and appreciable ethical standards of the Board in consulting activities field, makes Proxygen Co. able to create small and big solutions for the target Clients: Italian SMEs doing international business and/or worldwide vocation firms planning to start-up an EU-based localization.

Proxygen Co. is registered with Securities and Exchange Commission as Proxygen Co. Investment Adviser at SEC File no. 801-62053 (see Form ADV, Part 2 or IAPD public disclosure).
